I think you are too far north but if not you should also go to Cabo Pulmo (approx 40-50 miles north of Cabo San Lucas). It is advertised as the "only living reef in the Sea of Cortez" and was worth the trip from CSL. While the water is colder (72+ degrees) than the Caribbean, and the underwater life not as colorful, it still was fun.
