If lived in an area for it, I would want to play some outdoor hockey on the local frozen pond.

Football outside for your local league or even just amongst friends is a great way to spend some time outdoors and get some excercise.

Rugby is also fun although a bit more physical! In the summer cricket is also a fun option.

well i reckon skiing and snowboarding are without doubt the best sports, but living in Florida - why don't you learn to surf or windsurf depending on location??

I would go for the extreme sports man. Nothing like an adrenaline rush to spice up a new move. hehe

Florida is a great place to learn to surf. The waves are usually small and not to hard on beginners. The paddling is a great workout. Once the waves get bigger you definitely get that adrenaline rush.

Climbing, start out at your local gym. Work towards the outdoors once you meet some more experienced people at the gym.
