What would be the most major cause of your headaches? Me its because of my eyes. Much exposure to radiation can really cause a headache for me. And when I also have a big problems which I think every now and then my headaches prevail.
I suffered too much pain in my head nowadays. It was cause of too much exposure of my eyes on the television and computers. My doctor's advice is to wear an eyeglasses. My problem is I hate wearing it because I don't want to look matured but I don't have any choice at all.
That's my problem too shinningstar. But I have no other choice so I have to wear eyeglasses for my own good. I only wear it when I am on front of the pc otherwise I didn't wear it.
No I haven't tried using it because I am afraid to have eye irritation. But maybe someday I'll try it. I'll just have patience wearing this eyeglasses when I'm in front of my pc.
My major cause of headaches is probably sitting in front of the PC for too long without a break. I do almost all my work on here and there's so much to get done so I forget how long I've actually spent on here. Going to bed after a solid day of work is a nightmare.
