But all those things, except mosquitoes, are what I like about camping. And I love the feeling of independence and self sufficience, especially if I fish or otherwise catch my own food. By the way, a hot meal is no problem when camping.

If you want a nice comfortable bed, television and electricity, why go camping in the first place?

I would have to agree with Jimmy.

No hot cooked meal??? Some of my favorite meals have been cooked over a campfire. Not to mention smores!

No electricity and no TV.... Probably one of the best reason to go camping!

Can't say I like mosquitoes so that's the only one I can agree with. I think I like pretty much everything else about camping.

I can punch a bear in the face, at least i have a chance. But some little thing killing me in my sleep that i can't see or feel - creepy!
